2. Order Handling & Processing Times
- Standard Non-Personalized Items: Handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays).
- Personalized & Custom-Crafted Items: Handcrafted to your exact specifications (custom star maps, laser engravings, monogrammed bathrobes, pet portraits). Production time is 1–3 business days before dispatch.

3. Order Cutoff Time
Our standard daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Package Tracking
As soon as your parcel is packed and scanned by the carrier, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and a tracking link will be sent to your email.
5. Domestic Carriers

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, or arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately at info@jasisgifts.com with your order number. We will investigate immediately with the carrier and send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
